About Kristine
I moved to Cache Valley when I fell in love with the valley 20 years ago from Salt Lake City where I was raised. I have 4 grown children including spouses, 1 husband and a new grandbaby ! I love Real Estate and helping others make their dreams come true. I can't imagine doing anything else. I love learning and serving in my community. I have earned my GRI (Graduated Real Estate Institute) as well as my Real Estate Negotiation Expert designation, Short Sale Specialist and my Brokers license.
I feel in order to serve my clients with the utmost care and professionalism it's important for me to always be learning and growing. Real Estate is not about just putting a sign in the yard and being a tour guide. It's about creating the best experience in a high-stress situation, creating a win/ win, problem-solving, and putting my client's interest above my own. Creating a lifelong client and friend!
